At Songmont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted bag isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on items in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your item in its original Songmont packaging, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective hardware films are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
